The Valentine hangover

Valentine's day has come and gone. 14th of Febraury has been looked forward to by lovers and common people alike all over the world as if the day had everything capsuled inside to ensure that Love remained completely insulated if the day was diligently observed.

Contrary to common opinion, Valentine's day has very little to do with Christianity and if only St Valentine had to be followed diligently we could spread love around us more constructively.

Thankfully over the years the Valentine's day has extended its boundaries to include Love of all kinds including love between parents and children or between cousins, or better just between colleagues at work. However the love between man and woman still remains a hot favourite as the synonym of the special Valentine day.

So after Valentine's day is over, what next?
We need to inculcate in ourselves the same feelings for our partner for the entire year or else the meaning of the day is completely lost. We need to show similar care and concern for our partner, talk to our partner and always evolve as a couple. Every day should be considered as a Valentine's day. Becasue life is so much beautiful if we do all the small things of life the right way and ensure that living in the ways of God is the best possible method to get true love.
